Yes. They were talking about it on the news tonight but I don't know what it is? I do not have my own transport also so that could be difficult.
there are 4 volunteer groups, one to talking to people on the telephone who are alone, or doing their shopping. or driving people home from hospital or too appointment. or helping NHS staff. I think the details are on the gov.uk website.

There are the correct details

There are five types of assistance the NHS is requesting:
  • Community Response volunteer: This role involves collecting shopping, medication or other essential supplies for someone who is self-isolating, and delivering these supplies to their home.
  • Patient Transport volunteer: This role supports the NHS by providing transport to patients who are medically fit for discharge, and ensuring that they are settled safely back in to their home.
  • NHS Transport volunteer: This role involves transporting equipment, supplies and/or medication between NHS services and sites, it may also involve assisting pharmacies with medication delivery.
  • Check-in and Chat volunteer: This role provides short-term telephone support to individuals who are at risk of loneliness as a consequence of self-isolation.

Doing Puzzles are also a good way of keeping the mind occupied.
Found this app on Google Play called Magic puzzles that you might like to try. Attached are a few of completed ones I've done already

Yeah...

My sister, Mum and I are going on a daily walk together! I do enjoy that every day!!
Yes fresh air is good, remember to not go were there are a lot of other people. I love walking but at present I'm staying in the garden, which not everyone is as likely as me to have that
