TOOL UP
Employment Mentoring Programme
We are helping autistic people to find and progress in fulfilling employment through our new Tool Up Mentoring programme.
It includes:
- Weekly one hour one to one mentoring sessions
- An online employment readiness course
- An online support group
- Our Tool Up Mentoring programme will help you to formulate and progress towards your employment goal. Take a step towards a fulfilling career and join our Tool Up mentoring programme

Speak Out
Use your voice and speak out about the issues autistic people and their families face. You can do this by:
- Sharing links to our website on your social media platforms
- Holding a fundraising event and speaking to your audience about Autistic strengths, the benefits of neurodiversity, and the outdated stigma and discrimination.
- Telling your office about NDSA and choosing us as your charity of the year.
