Got my ADHD diagnosis at 34 and honestly feeling so many emotions right now. Part of me is relieved because so much finally makes sense, but I'm also kind of grieving for my younger self who struggled without knowing why. Did anyone else get diagnosed as an adult? How did you process it all?
