Hi Paulette! How are you?

At the moment I'm in a flat in Bourne End and not with my wife Danni and her son Tim in High Wycombe.

I'm actually managing okay. I am well and noticing the feeling of being well.

It caused further upsets last week when Danni said I'm lonely and I want you to come back here. But you have to stay in literally two weeks when you cannot go into any shops and cannot go to any customers' houses and cannot do any volunteering and you never put me first. And then when you are with me and Tim you have to stay in with me but you can go for a bicycle ride and for a walk. I had to phone my parents and my sister because it caused so much trouble. It caused telephone rows that probably the neighbour downstairs heard.

But as of two days ago Danni changed her mind again and said do what you want to do. Now she sounds a lot calmer.

I hope you manage to sort things out Phil, if you are enjoying your time alone that might be the best thing for now. Hope it all works out okay. Its good that you can ride your bike its good to get the fresh air.

About bicycle, well I had a little bit of a scare but nothing actually happened. Haven't used the bike so much for ages and then when going downhill - slowly - there was a loud pop and the front tyre burst in the side and it went instantly flat. If that'd happened at speed...

PhilJ, have you discussed with your spouse her concerns? Regardless of your living arrangements at the moment you need to discuss that and reassure her about your relationship. It is not something that can be left hanging and open. Did you think about this?

Thank you Margot, yes I have talked with my spouse about her concerns and I recognise that her concerns are reasonable...
